I hate to say this, but it’s Zara Philips. I consistently dislike the outfits she wears. I’d say it’s 80% I dislike, 20% I do like or don’t hate. :(

CP Mette-Marit was the first person to wear a red carpet look that fits The Green Carpet Challenge, which promotes using recyclable materials to create outfits. The gown was designed by Peter Dundas of Pucci for the GCC.
